Hidden Treasure.

Free value for the patient — but it has changed architecture more than once, so the right mental model is a version tree, not a timeless guide. We build the Season 1-relevant systems and clearly separate the later ones.

What is it?

A treasure loop fed by Secret Mobile Squad map fragments. Confirmed Mechanic It has passed through multiple versions — legacy map fragments, a Secret Vault redesign, and a later Season 3 Desert Treasure — which players often blur together. They’re distinct systems; we version-label all three and do not merge them.

Only the legacy maps and the Vault are tied to Secret Mobile Squad fragments. Confirmed Mechanic Desert Treasure looks similar but is a separate later-season system — keep them apart in planning. Update-Sensitive

Who can start it?

Every player digs their own treasure once they hold a complete set of fragments #1–#7.

How does it work?

A complete dig requires one each of fragments #1–#7 and returns a random SR/SSR/UR treasure. In the documented version the UR rate is 10%, with a pity guarantee on the 16th dig after 15 non-UR results; obtaining UR resets the counter. Confirmed Mechanic Because one missing fragment blocks the entire set, the marginal value of your rarest personal fragment can exceed that of an extra common one. Don’t confuse the UR chest’s internal reward roll with the outer SR/SSR/UR rarity roll. Corroborated Strategy

The Secret Vault

The Vault consumes hammers generated by treasure rarity — a documented version gives 50 from UR, 30 from SSR, 15 from SR. It runs brick-breaking stages (up to 20) and can trigger a three-minute hidden-key challenge (roughly a 25% chance, capped around five per week). Confirmed Mechanic When the Vault ends, unused fragments and hammers are auto-converted and mailed — but because conversion ratios and item pools have changed across versions, neither “always save” nor “always spend” is a safe universal rule. What should I prepare?

Maintain a complete-set discipline: track which fragment numbers you’re short, and use the fragment exchange — request a needed number, offer a duplicate. Corroborated Strategy Alliance leadership can raise everyone’s dig velocity by running a trading channel and discouraging private hoarding of duplicates.

Common mistakes

  • Treating legacy maps, the Vault and Desert Treasure as one system.
  • Hoarding common fragments while a single rare number blocks every dig.
  • Confusing the inner UR reward roll with the outer rarity roll.
  • Blindly saving — or blindly spending — across a Vault migration without reading the live conversion notice.

Leadership protocol

Run a fragment-exchange channel and track the pity counter culture (“15 misses, the 16th is yours”). Before any season transition, tell members to read the live migration notice and screenshot fragment counts, pity counter and the mail conversion — if the conversion table is absent or unfavorable, complete usable sets first. Leadership Protocol

◈ Vixen IntelUpdate-Sensitive

The save-or-spend question across a Vault migration is genuinely unresolved, because conversion ratios and reward pools have changed between versions and players have reported losses and confusion through redesigns. Follow the live migration notice rather than any old rule: if the exact conversion table is shown and favourable, you can hold; if it’s absent or unfavourable, complete usable sets before the transition. Preserve screenshots of your fragment counts, pity counter and any mail conversion so you can audit what you were owed. The 10% UR rate and 16th-dig pity are current regional examples — confirm on your own dig screen.

Spend paths

F2P$0
Entirely free — fragments come from Secret Mobile Squad play and the exchange. Patience and a full set are the only requirements.
Starter~$1–25 lifetime
Nothing required; digging is gated by fragments, not currency.
Budget~$5–49 / mo
No pack sells you a completed set. Spend, if anywhere, on Secret Mobile Squad throughput that produces more fragments.
Competitive$50+ / mo
More dispatch capacity means more fragments and digs, but the pity and exchange systems make this a patience event for everyone.
