What is it?

A timed alliance damage event (the Alliance Exercise) — the whole alliance pours damage into a target across five reward phases. Confirmed Mechanic It’s also a key feeder for the Wall of Honor and Mason’s progression.

When does it happen?

Recurring on rotation, roughly a 30-minute active window, with no 48-hour wait between runs. Update-Sensitive Confirm the current cadence in-game.

Who can start it?

R4/R5 leadership sets it; the whole alliance joins. A 20-member minimum is needed to start. Leadership Protocol

How does it work?

Leadership sets the event with a squad; members then join and deal damage; cumulative damage unlocks the five reward phases. The crucial detail is that the difficulty is tied to the setting squad, while the damage comes from everyone who joins.

What should I prepare?

Strongest damage squads ready, and a coordinated join window so the alliance’s damage lands together rather than trickling in.

How do we win?

Host weak, join strong. Set the event with your weakest squad to draw the easiest target, then have every member join with their strongest to pour maximum damage through the phases. Corroborated Strategy Drive for the fifth reward phase.

Common mistakes

  • Setting the event with your strongest squad — it just makes the target harder.
  • Members joining late or not at all, so damage never compounds.
  • Starting under 20 members.
  • Treating it as optional — it feeds Wall of Honor 160 and Mason.

Leadership protocol

R4/R5 set with the weakest squad, call a tight join window, and push toward Phase 5 — then tie the run into the Wall of Honor 160 / Mason plan and the Thursday VS/Arms-Race overlap. Leadership Protocol

◈ Vixen IntelCorroborated Strategy

Host with your weakest, join with your strongest. Setting the event decides the difficulty; joining decides the damage — they’re two different levers. Separate them and you clear reward phases alliances twice your size never reach.
