Wanted Boss.

A daily solo bounty that quietly tests how well your account is actually built. The boss tells you which hero type it fears; the rest is development, gear, and one clean hit at the right moment.

What is it?

A rotating, solo PvE bounty. A type-weak boss appears on a fixed daily schedule, you get five scored attempts, and your rank is your single highest hit — not the total of all five. Confirmed Mechanic The favored hero type for the day deals +50% damage, so the event rewards a sharp counter plus a peak single attack.

When does it happen?

The boss spawns at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 server time, each appearance lasting roughly 3 hours. Confirmed Mechanic Your five scored attempts are shared across the day’s appearances. The rotation:

  • Mon / Thu — Code 87 Frenzied Butcher · favours Tank (+50%)
  • Tue / Fri — Code 64 Frankenstein · favours Missile (+50%)
  • Wed / Sat — Code 39 Mutant Bulldog · favours Aircraft (+50%)
  • Sunday — no normal Wanted rotation in the current schedule

Goal-reward reset cadence (per cycle vs persistent) isn’t firmly documented in public sources — confirm in your live Goal panel. Update-Sensitive

Who can start it?

HQ level 8 or higher; a solo squad, no rally. Confirmed Mechanic Every player can take part — this is an individual event, not an alliance one.

How does it work?

Rank is decided by the most damage you deal in one attack, not the sum of your five. Confirmed Mechanic The favored type’s +50% is the starting point, not the finish line: your real output is the interaction of type advantage, stars, skill coefficients, Exclusive Weapon, gear, drone/chip synergy, troop-type centre, profession effects and support multiplication. A heavily developed off-type attacker can out-damage an underbuilt favored-type hero even after the +50%. Corroborated Strategy

One thing to keep straight: a boss’s weakness (which hero type gets +50%) is its own axis — it is not the squad counter triangle (Tank beats Missile, Missile beats Air, Air beats Tank). Pick heroes for the boss’s favored type; don’t reach for the triangle here.

What should I prepare?

The day’s counter-type core, your best offensive gear and data chips moved onto whichever heroes produce the most report damage, and your safe temporary boosts held back for the final attempt. Evidence-backed starting cores — testing baselines, not universal rankings:

  • Code 87 / Tank: Kimberly, Mason, Stetmann, Marshall + best flex
  • Code 39 / Aircraft: DVA, Morrison, Schuyler + Marshall + flex
  • Code 64 / Missile: Tesla, Swift, Fiona, Adam, Marshall

Repeat any formation 3–5 times before calling it best — critical-hit variance is large — and track both median damage (reliability) and maximum (your milestone ceiling). Community-Tested Intel

How do we win?

Treat the five attempts as a controlled test, not five random swings:

  • Hit 1 — baseline favored-type formation; record hero-by-hero damage.
  • Hit 2 — swap the weakest contributor for your strongest offensive alternative.
  • Hit 3 — test a support or PvE specialist (Mason); hold every other variable fixed.
  • Hit 4 — keep the heroes, change row placement to match skill wording (front/back/adjacent/highest-ATK).
  • Hit 5 — your strongest repeated result, with all safe buffs and final gear allocation.

The event rewards a peak single hit, so stack skins, titles, decorations and event buffs right before the final attempt. Corroborated Strategy

Common mistakes

  • Judging a lineup by the formation screen’s power number instead of the battle report — displayed power prices defensive stats that may add no damage.
  • Forcing an “ideal” hero that is simply too weak on your account.
  • Undervaluing Mason and other PvE specialists.
  • Leaving a multiplicative skill on the wrong row.
  • Carrying a profession-farming infection stack into a milestone hit — 20+ quietly cuts your damage.
  • Triggering War Fever near reset, where the shield risk outweighs the +1%.

Leadership protocol

Post the day’s boss code, favored type and the four spawn windows in local time. Remind members that rank is the best single hit, not the sum, and flag the infection-penalty risk before any milestone push. Leadership Protocol

The Season 1 virus angle splits cleanly. Confirmed: every World/Wanted Boss hit applies +1 infection, and Virus Resistance does not stop it. Community-tested (verify on 2132): repeated home-server Wanted contacts may keep generating infection after your five scored attempts — possibly without normal zombie stamina — which can feed cure and profession loops. Treat “contact” and “scored attempt” as separate things until the live interface confirms the boundary, and never push a milestone hit while sitting at 20+ stacks. The infection ladder: 1+ Hospital Stay · 20+ Low Morale (−4–20% damage) · 40+ Fatal Virus (+4–10% casualties) · 60+ Severe (more infection carried on march) · 80+ Plague (can infect enemies even in defeat) · 100 max.
